I've always been on the lookout for the perfect pair of shoes. Finding the right pair of shoes these days prove to be easier said than done. Look through my shoe closet and you'd see tons and tons of shoes. Most of which, I only ended up using once or twice because they wound up hurting my feet too much. You know the annoying blister you get at the back of your foot, after walking in your new pair of shoes for a few hours? Yeah. I dread those.
You slip those pair of new shoes(heels,sandals,sneakers yadayada) on, and you step out of the house feeling so fresh. Like a brand new person. You feel so happy that you've finally bought something new for yourself. But after walking around for a couple of hours... that smile slowly turns into a frown... Your feet starts to hurt. You start questioning yourself, "Ahhh... why did I buy these pair of shoes?" "Gahhh... what a waste of money!". "Ahhh... I wish I wore a different pair of shoes out" yada yada yada. You start to think, "Ok maybe, if I were to keep using them, I'd start getting used to them, and it wouldn't hurt anymore". So okay... a few days later when the blister has healed, you try your luck again, with the new pair of shoes you bought.... and just like the first time you put them on, they start to hurt again, and you start hating those pair of shoes, wishing you had never bought them. And as time passes, those pair of shoes you once were so happy about, start collecting dust in your shoe closet... never to be worn again.
Ever faced such a scenario? I know I have! Tons of times! And the saddest thing is, the shoes I buy usually cost me close to a 100 dollars, and there are quite a few pairs of shoes I've bought, be it pumps, heels or even sneakers, that I've hardly ever worn out to this day. Which is why, you'd always see me wearing the same sneakers or flats(if you know me in person, that is). Finding the perfect pair of shoes these days is so difficult because it's not like you're able to try it on for a day before being able to choose whether or not you should buy it. Life's a gamble. Even shoe shopping is a gamble. Haha, and that's where I come in! To be your scape goat, and to tell you that I've found a PERFECT PAIR OF SANDALS. I KID YOU NOT.
So, I am here to share with you a pair of sandals I tried on recently... which is now, in all honesty, my favourite pair of flats now. Let me introduce to you theGrey™. My perfect pair of sandals. :)

TADAH!!! My very first pair ofGrey™ sandals! They're in the colour, Khaki. Wore this shoe to school, and wore it for practically the entire day! The shoe did not hurt one bit. It was extremely easy to wear(just slip it on), and very comfortable as well. Furthermore, I love the fact that it looks really casual, yet not as casual or sloppy looking as slippers.
And I love the fact that it went really well with my outfit! I paired this sandal with a high waisted shorts and a crop tank top. Oh, and also, just yesterday, I wore this out to CLARKE QUAY. :) I paired these sandals with a pink romper. They seem to go with anything, really! I LOVE IT! :)
Look at how happy I am in myGrey™ sandals! Hahaha, ok la, but no seriously. :D
